Adobong Okra with Cheese1 - 5 mins 5 - 10 people
Pork and okra combine for a tasty adobo while cheese adds a crave-able creaminess.
20 pcs, Young okra, washed and parboiled in 1⁄4 cup water
1/4 cup, Vinegar
1⁄2 cup, Diced pork
3 tbsp, Patis
4 cloves, Garlic, crushed
1 pc, Onion, chopped
1 tsp, Pepper
To taste, Eden Cheese slices
Enough for frying, Oil
Fry pork in oil. Push to one side of the pan.
Saute garlic, onion and parboiled okra. Season with vinegar, patis and pepper. Cook until okra is tender crisp.
Top with Eden cheese slices. Serve.
