Baked Pancit Malabon25 - 30 mins 5 - 10 people
Extra hot and creamy ang baked Pancit Malabon ni Mommy Regina.
1 pack, Palabok noodles
1/2 cup, Tinapa flakes
1/8 cup, Chicharon powder
10, Olives, chopped
a pinch, Pepper
500g, Shrimp, chopped
3 cloves, Garlic, minced
1, Onion, diced
a pinch, Atswete, dissolved in water
3, Egg, hard boiled
1 cup, Eden Original, shredded
Boil palabok noodles until soft. Drain and place in a baking pan.
In a pan, saute onions and garlic in hot oil. Add shrimp and atswete. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add a bit of cornstarch for thickness.
Mix noodles with sauce. Add grated Eden cheese on top and add chicharon, tinapa flakes, and sliced boiled egg.
Bake in oven at 350F. Serve and enjoy!
