Cheese Muffins

Enjoy these freshly-baked creamy-sweet cupcakes as a dessert or snack.


1 3/4 cups, Flour, sifted

2 teaspoons, Baking powder

1/4 teaspoon, Salt

1/2 cup, Butter, softened

1/2 cup, Sugar

2, Eggs

1 can (14 oz.), Sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup, Eden Melt Sarap, shredded

1/2 cup, Kraft Cheddar

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Separately, whisk together eggs, butter and sugar.

To the egg mixture, add 1/3 cup flour mixture and 1/2 condensed milk. Mix then continue to add 1/3 flour mixture and 1/2 condensed milk. Repeat and continue to mix. Add in Eden Melt Sarap and mix.

Prepare a greased muffin tin. Fill each cup with the muffin batter, 3/4 full. Top with Kraft Cheddar and bake at 350F for around 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
