Cheesy Beef Stew5 - 10 mins 5 - 10 people
Enjoy a comforting bowl of beef stew and veggies made creamier with cheese.
1 pc, Onion, chopped
2 cloves, Garlic, minced
1 kg, Beef stew meat, cubed
2 cups, Water
1 cup, Tomato sauce
1/2 of a small can, Liver spread
1/2 cup, Carrots, cubed and fried
1/4 cup, Bell peppers, cubed
1/2 cup, Potatoes, cubed and fried
1 cup, Eden Cheese, cubed
2 tbsp, Cooking oil
In a pot, heat oil and saute garlic and onions. Add beef, continue sauteeing for 3-5 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and water and simmer for 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Add water if necessary. Add liver spread then simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add carrots, potatoes and bell pepper. Simmer until vegetables are cooked. Adjust seasoning with sugar, salt and pepper according to taste.
Add Eden cheese cubes and simmer until the sauce thickens. Serve.
