Cheesy Cassava Cake5 - 10 mins 5 - 10 people
A cheesy twist on a classic Filipino dessert!
2 cups, grated cassava
1 3/4 cups, condensed milk
1 3/4 cups, coconut milk
1 cup, condensed milk
1 cup, evaporated milk
1 cup, grated Eden cheese
1 piece, egg yolk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking pan and grease with butter. Set aside. Combine first 3 ingredients in a deep bowl. Make sure every ingredients are well combined.
Transfer to the greased baking tray. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Combine last 4 ingredients in a bowl. Pourin over to the top of the baked cassava.
Bake for another 15-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Serve warm.
