The no-fail combo of chicken and peas is made creamier and richer with Eden cheese.
2 lbs, Chicken thighs, cut into pieces
1 1/2 cup, Green peas
1, Tomato, diced
1 1/2 cup, Chicken broth
1 medium, Red bell pepper, sliced
1 medium, Yellow onion, diced
4 cloves, Garlic, crushed
3 tbsp, Cooking oil
to taste, Salt
to taste, Pepper
1/2 cup, Eden Original, cubed
In a pot, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Once translucent, add chicken slices. Cook chicken until lightly browned.
Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a boil then cover and simmer for around 30 minutes.
Add green peas and bell peppers. Cook for 4 minutes. Top with Eden cheese cubes and season with salt and pepper.
