Sa sarap, siguradong papapakin ang cheesy chicken poppers with creamy aioli.
30 grams, Eden Meltsarap, diced
100 grams, Chicken breast, ground
1 pc, Egg, beaten
0.25 cup, Flour, sifted
0.25 cup, Bread crumbs
as desired, Salt to taste
as desired, Pepper to taste
0.25 cup, Eden Mayo (for Aioli)
0.5 tbsp, Lemon squeezed (for Aioli)
0.5 tbsp, Garlic chopped (for Aioli)
Combine ground chicken, Eden Meltsarap in a bowl and mix well until combined. Season with salt & pepper, set aside & chill.
Prepare standard procedure for breading; a) place the following ingredients separately: all purpose flour, beaten egg, bread crumbs b) coat the chicken with flour, dip it in egg and roll in bread crumbs until well coated
Heat up oil for frying and cool chicken until golden in color and cooked though
Aioli: combine all ingredients in a bowl & mix well.
