Cheesy Fried Rice

A perfect side to your favorite dishes, this easy-to-make fried rice is made creamier with cheese.

Ingredients

1/2, Onions, chopped

1 cup, Carrots

1 teaspoon, Spring Onions

3 cups, Cooled cooked rice (preferably cooked a day before)

To taste, Soy sauce

1 cup, Eden Original, cubed

Method:

Heat oil in a skillet and work with medium high heat.

Add onions, carrots and spring onions. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add rice and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce to taste.

Cut Eden cheese into small cubes and include it as toppings for the fried rice. Serve warm.
