Cheesy Inihaw na Bangus15 - 20 mins 5 - 10 people
Take your classic inihaw na bangus and make it cheesy-creamier with Eden.
1 large, Bagus
1 large, Tomato, diced
1 large, Red onion, diced
3 pieces, Calamansi
1/2 tsp, Black pepper
1 tbsp, Ginger
2 tsp, Salt
1/2 cup, Eden Original, grated
Clean bangus and cut along the belly area. Rub salt inside the fish.
In a bowl, combine tomato, ginger, black pepper and Eden cheese. Stuff mixture inside the bangus.
Grill bangus for around 10-15 minutes per side.
