Cheesy Lechon Sisig25 - 30 mins 5 - 10 people
Mommy Anabel keeps things simple with her crunchy and cheesy sisig served on top of egg! Kanin nalang kulang!
500g, Lechon, chopped
1 clove, Garlic, minced
1, Onion, diced
1 piece, Red chili pepper, chopped
a pinch, Black pepper
1/2 cup, Eden Original, shredded
In a pan, saute lechon with garlic, onion and red chili. Add pepper to taste.
When crunchy, transfer lechon to a serving dish and top with a sunny side up egg and Eden cheese.
