Cheesy Loaded Fries

These fries are loaded with crunchy bacon, sour cream, and creamy cheese for a true flavor explosion.

Ingredients

4, Potatoes, sliced into fries

2 tbsp, Olive oil

1/2 tsp, Salt

1/4 tsp, Garlic powder

1/2 tsp, Mustard powder

1/2 tsp, Paprika

2 tbsp, Salted butter

2 tbsp, White flour

1 cup, Whole milk

4 oz, Kraft Cheddar

3 slices, Bacon, crumbled

1/4 cup, Sour cream

for garnish, Chives

Method:

Wash potatoes and slice into fries. Drizzle with oil, and season with salt, garlic powder, mustard powder and paprika. Bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until crispy.

To prepare cheese sauce, melt butter in a pan then add flour. Gradually add the milk and stir, allowing sauce to thicken. Mix in the cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Place fries on a dish and top with cheese sauce. Top with sour cream, crumbled bacon and chives. Serve and enjoy!
