Cheesy Lumpiang Lechon25 - 30 mins 5 - 10 people
These crisp golden rolls by Mommy Rona explode with cheesy lechon filling.
500g, Lechon, chopped
10 pieces, Lumpia wrapper
a pinch, Salt
a pinch, Pepper
2 cloves, Garlic, minced
1, Onion, chopped
2 tbsp, Oil
1/2 cup, Eden Original, shredded
In a pan, saute chopped lechon with garlic and onion until cooked. Remove from heat. - Add Eden Cheese to lechon and wrap in a lumpia wrapper. Add more cheese on the center and roll into a lumpia.
Add Eden cheese to cooked lechon and mix. Put mixture on the middle of the wrapper, put more cheese in the middle and roll into a lumpia. Repeat process.
Deep fry lumpia until golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
