Cheesy Mais Con Hielo


The perfect treat for a hot day: an icy glass of Mais Con Hielo made creamier with cheese.
1 can, Cream style corn
1/2 cup, Eden Cheese, cubed
1 small can, Condensed milk
1 cup, Shaved ice
1 small can, Evaporated milk
For toppings, Cornflakes
In a glass, put 2 tablespoons of cream style corn. Add diced Eden cheese and 1 tbsp condensed milk. Top layer with shaved ice and pour 1 tbsp evaporated milk.
Repeat layering as desired.
Sprinkle with corn flakes and serve chilled.
