Cheesy Puto Con Sisig15 - 20 mins 5 - 10 people
Mommy Anna's yummy recipe serves crunchy sisig on top of warm puto for a delicious contrast!
1 lb, Ground pork
1, Garlic, minced
1, Onion, diced
1, Red chili pepper, minced
to taste, Pepper
to taste, Salt
2 tbsp, Soy sauce
2 tsp, Butter
6 pieces, Puto, ready made
1/2 cup, Eden Original, shredded
In a pan, saute onions, garlic and red chili in butter until golden brown. Add pork and cook until golden brown and crispy. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Top puto with sisig and shredded Eden cheese. Serve and enjoy.
