1/2 kilo, Banana heart
1/2 kilo, Ground pork
1, Onion, chopped
to taste, Pepper
to taste, Salt
1 box, Pancake mix
1/2 cup, Eden Original, shredded
1/4 cup, Milk
Cut banana heart into small slices. Soak in vinegar and a pinch of salt. Side aside.
Boil pork and add salt and pepper. After boiling, fry until golden brown. Set aside.
In a pan, saute garlic and onion. Add banana heart, ground pork, and Eden cheese. Cook for around 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
In a bowl, prepare pancake mix. Add milk for a thinner consistency. Pour mix into another pan to form a thin crepe. Cook until golden brown. Once cooked, put sisig in the middle of the crepe. Top with additional Eden cheese, wrap crepe and serve.
