Nothing beats classic Corned Beef! Turn up the flavors with the addition of creamy Eden cheese.
2 cloves, Garlic, minced
1 pc, Onion, chopped
4 pcs, Tomatoes, chopped
1 big can, Corned beef
4 cups, Water or beef broth
6 cuts, Asparagus
1/2 cup, Eden Cheese, cubed
1/2 tsp, Salt
Saute garlic, onion and tomatoes.
Add corned beef and broth. Cook in low heat.
Add asparagus and Eden cheese cubes. Cook until sauce has reduced. Season with salt. Serve.
