Ginataang Manok with Sitaw30+ mins 5 - 10 people
Pinoy fave Ginataang Manok gets an extra creamy and cheesy update!
1 whole, Chicken, cut into pieces
12 pieces, Sitaw, cut into 2-inch length
1, Onion, diced
4 cloves, Garlic, crushed
1 pack, Ginataang gulay mix
2 3/4 cup, Water
2 tsp, Fish sauce
1/8 tsp, Black pepper
3 tbsp, Cooking oil
1/2 cup, Eden Melt Sarap, shredded
In a pot, heat garlic and onion. Add chicken and cook until light brown.
Pour 2 cups water and boil. Cover and cook in medium heat for 40 minutes.
Sitr in squash in the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
Prepare gata by combining 3/4 cup lukewarm water with ginataang gulay mix. Stir and pour into the pot. Cook for 2 minutes. Add sitaw, cover pot and cook for 5 minutes.
Season with black pepper and fish sauce. Stir and cook for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, top with melted Eden cheese and serve.
