It's no secret--tasty mac n' cheese is all about using quality cheese for the pasta sauce.
3 tbsp, Butter
2 tbsp, Flour
2 cups, Milk
8 oz, Kraft Cheddar, shredded
2 cups, Elbow macaroni
Heat oven to 350F
In a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add flour and stir until bubbly. Gradually stir in milk then bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir constantly and bring to a simmer over low heat for 5 minutes or until it thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted.
Add cooked macaroni. Stir until evenly coated. Remove from heat and serve.
