Cheesy Eden Mayo turns up the flavor explosion in this yummy pasta.
350g, Penne pasta
4 tsp, Eden Mayo
1 cup, Cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup, Mushrooms, chopped
1, Onion, finely diced
1 cup, Semi-skimmed milk
2 tbsp, Parsley, chopped
2 tbsp, Oil
1/4 cup, Eden Melt Sarap, grated
Cook pasta according to instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
In a pan, saute onions in oil until brown. Add mushrooms and cook until soft.
In a bowl, whisk the milk and Eden Mayo until smooth. Add mixture to the pan. Add tomatoes and leave to cook.
Add the cooked penne pasta and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and serve. Garnish with parsley and top with grated cheese.
