Roasted Garlic & Tomato Penne10 - 15 mins 5 - 10 people
Ripe cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, creamy cheese, and penne are combined for a delicious pasta dish.
30 grams, Eden Meltsarap grated
2 tbsp, Garlic roasted/ sliced
30 grams, Cherry Tomatoes roased/ sliced
2 tbsp, Basil fresh/ chopped
2 tbsp, Parsley fresh/ chopped
0.25 cup, White Wine cooking wine
2 tbsp, Butter melted
2 tbsp, Olive Oil extra virgin
200 grams, Penne Pasta cooked/ al dente
Heat both oil in a pan.
Saute roasted cherry tomatoes and pour in white wine. Cook for about 3 minutes.
Add in toasted garlic and fresh basil.
Toss in cooked penne pasta and combine well. Season with salt and pepper.
Distribute grated Eden Meltsarap evenly and cook until melted.
Garnish pasta with chopped fresh parsley.
Transfer to plate.
