Here's an easy make-ahead dish that's complete with veggies and protein, embraced in cheesy sauce.
100 grams, Eden Meltsarap, grated
150 grams, Shrimp, chopped
150 grams, Broccoli florets, blanched
50 grams, White onion, chopped
30 grams, Red bell pepper, chopped
2 cups, Full cream milk
1 cup, All purpose cream
2 tbsp, Butter
250 grams, Elbow Macaroni Pasta cooked
In a crockpot, heat up butter over medium heat, sauté onions and add in shrimp and broccoli. Mix well.
Pour in full cream milk and all purpose cream, bring to boil and simmer.
Add in grated Eden Meltsarap and continue cooking until cheese has melted.
Bake in over for 40-60 minutes at 170c and until mixture is thick and creamy.
