Spanish Sardines Pasta with Cheese1 - 5 mins 5 - 10 people
Make a no-fail pasta combo with spicy Spanish sardines and melted Eden cheese!
1⁄2 kg, Pasta, cooked according to instruction
2 cans, Spanish-Style Sardines including oil
1 pc, Medium-sized green bell pepper, chopped
1 pc, Medium-sized red bell pepper, chopped
1 pc, Medium-sized onion, chopped
1 pc, Medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp, Olive oil
To taste, Salt and pepper
Saute onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper in butter.
Add Spanish-Style sardines, salt and pepper. Simmer for about a minute or two.
Add the cooked pasta and toss it until fully coated with sauce. Serve topped with grated cheese.
