Product Used:

Rub chicken wings with salt and pepper. Set aside for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, coat wings in cornstarch.

In a deep cooking pot, heat oil and deep fry chicken wings for 10 minutes or until chicken is crispy. Drain chicken on a plate lined with paper towels.

In a pan, pour water, honey, ketchup ginger, 1 tsp garlic, sesame oil and mirin. Mix well and leave to boil. Add cornstarch and soy sauce mixture and stir. Leave to simmer until sauce becomes thick.

Once sauce is thick, coat fried chicken wings. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.

Prepare the dip by mixing 1 tsp garlic, green onion, and oil. Mix well then add Eden Mayo. Blend until consistency is smooth.

Serve wings with dip and enjoy!
