Adobo Cheese Sandwich20 - 25 mins 5 - 10 people
A Filipino take on the classic grilled cheese!
2 CUPS LEFTOVER ADOBO, SHREDDED,
2 TBSP BUTTER,
10 SLICES BREAD,
165G EDEN MELT SARAP, SLICED,
Heat leftover adobo in a pan.
Butter both slices of bread. Assemble sandwich by placing 2 scoops of adobo on one slice of the bread. Top with Eden Melt Sarap. Place another slice of bread on top.
Place sandwich in a sandwich press or fry in a pan with butter until slices are toasted and the cheese has melted.
