Adobo Salmon

This baked Adobo Salmon gets extra creaminess from Eden Mayo.


4 pieces, Salmon fillet

1/4 cup, Eden Mayo

1 tsp, Dried oregano leaves

1/2 tsp, Cumin powder

1 tbsp, Lemon juice

2 tsp, Adobo seasoning

Product Used:


Preheat oven to 400F.

Arrange salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle adobo seasoning.

In a bowl, mix Eden Mayo, lemon juice, oregano and cumin. Brush on salmon and bake for around 10 minutes.
