Adobo Salmon

This baked Adobo Salmon gets extra creaminess from Eden Mayo.

Ingredients

4 PIECES SALMON FILLET,  

1/4 CUP EDEN MAYO,  

1 TSP DRIED OREGANO LEAVES,  

1/2 TSP, CUMIN POWDER,  

1 TBSP, LEMON JUICE,  

2 TSP, ADOBO SEASONING,

Method:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Arrange salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet. Sprinkle adobo seasoning.

In a bowl, mix Eden Mayo, lemon juice, oregano, and cumin. Brush on salmon and bake for around 10 minutes.
