This comforting garlic-y and cheesy pasta is something your whole family will surely love!
30G EDEN MELTSARAP, GRATED,
30G EDEN CHEESE ORIGINAL, GRATED,
200G ANGEL HAIR PASTA, COOKED/ AL DENTE,
0.25 CUP OLIVE OIL,
3 TBSP GARLIC, CHOPPED,
2 TBSP WHITE COOKING WINE,
10G BASIL, CHIFFONADE,
5G CHILI FLAKES, DRIED,
1 TBSP PARSLEY, CHOPPED,
Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic.
Pour in the white wine then simmer.
Add in angel hair pasta and mix well.
Add the Eden Meltsarap and cook until well combined.
Toss the basil leaves and chili flakes in.
Transfer to a plate and garnish with chopped parsley and Eden Cheese Original.
