You'll love this dish of chicken and noodles cooked in Asian sauce and baked in cheese.

2 TBSP RICE WINE Rice wine
1 1/2 TBSP SUGAR Sugar
5 RED CHILI PEPPERS, CHOPPED Red chili peppers, chopped
3 TBSP CHILI POWDER Chili powder
3 TBSP CHILI SAUCE Chili sauce
2 TBSP SOY SAUCE Soy sauce
1 TBSP SUGAR SYRUP Sugar syrup
2 TBSP GARLIC, MINCED Garlic, minced
1 TBSP SESAME OIL Sesame oil
1 TSP, SALT Salt
3 TBSP, WATER Water
30G, STARCH NOODLES Starch noodles
250G, EDEN MELT SARAP, SHREDDED Eden Melt Sarap, shredded
250G, KRAFT CHEDDAR Kraft Cheddar
Preheat the oven to 329F.
In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, soy sauce, rice wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar, and red chili. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
In a pan, heat oil and place marinated chicken. Add chili powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar syrup, 1 tbsp sugar, garlic, sesame oil, and salt. Mix well and add water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add starch noodles and mix. Leave to cook until noodles are translucent. Remove from heat and add cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
