Baked Cheesy Fried Chicken

You'll love this dish of chicken and noodles cooked in Asian sauce and baked in cheese.

1 1/2 tsp, Soy sauce

2 tbsp, Rice wine

1 1/2 tbsp, Sugar

5, Red chili peppers, chopped

3 tbsp, Chili powder

3 tbsp, Chili sauce

2 tbsp, Soy sauce

1 tbsp, Sugar syrup

2 tbsp, Garlic, minced

1 tbsp, Sesame oil

1 tsp, Salt

3 tbsp, Water

30g, Starch noodles

250g, Eden Melt Sarap, shredded

250g, Kraft Cheddar

In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, soy sauce, rice wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar and red chili. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.

In a pan, heat oil and place marinated chicken. Add chili powder, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar syrup, 1 tbsp sugar, garlic, sesame oil and salt. Mix well and add water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add starch noodles and mix. Leave to cook until noodles are translucent. Remove from heat and add cheese.

Bake in oven for 329F for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
