Extra hot and creamy ang baked Pancit Malabon ni Mommy Regina.
1 PACK PALABOK NOODLES
1/2 CUP TINAPA FLAKES
1/8 CUP CHICHARON POWDER
10 OLIVES, CHOPPED
500 G SHRIMP, CHOPPED
3 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED
1 ONION, DICED
3 EGG, HARD BOILED
1 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED
Boil palabok noodles until soft. Drain and place in a baking pan.
In a pan, saute onion and garlic in hot oil. Add shrimp and atsuete extract, then put a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Add a bit of cornstarch for thickness.
Mix the noodles with sauce. Add grated Eden cheese, chicharon, tinapa flakes, and sliced boiled egg on top.
Bake in oven at 350F. Serve and enjoy!
