Beef Taco Bowls

Full of hearty ingredients like ground beef, salsa, and cheese, these bowls will be your new mealtime fave!

Ingredients

8 6-INCH FLOUR TORTILLAS, WARMED,  

1 LB GROUND BEEF,  

1 CUP SALSA,  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED,  

2 CUPS LETTUCE CHOPPED,  

1 TOMATO, CHOPPED,  

1/4 CUP RANCH DRESSING,

Method:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Line 8 muffin cups with a tortilla each. Fold back the edges of the tortilla around the muffin cup. Bake for 10 minutes.

In a skillet, cook the meat until brown. Drain once cooked. Add the salsa to the meat and mix. Bring to a boil then simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Spoon the mixture into tortilla bowls. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, and dressing.
