The key to a creamy, tasty plate of carbonara is Eden Cheese!
1 EGG YOLK
1 PACK SPAGHETTI PASTA
1 CUP CREAM
1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, GRATED
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED
EDEN ORIGINAL, GRATED
In a bowl, mix the egg yolk, cream, and Eden Cheese. Whisk it and set aside.
Cook the pasta according to the label.
In a pan, put the olive oil then sauté the garlic. Add the sauce mixture and let it simmer. Add the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Top with grated Eden cheese before serving.
