Cheddar Chicken

Prepare these juicy baked chicken breasts coated in a rich and creamy breading.


1 cup, Cornflakes cereal, crushed

3/4 cup, Eden Original, grated

1/4 cup, Kraft Cheddar, shredded

8 halves, Skinless, boneless chicken breast

1 tbsp, Creole-style seasoning

1 tbsp, Garlic salt

1/2 tsp, Cayenne pepper

1/2 cup, Butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the cornflake crumbs, Eden Original, Kraft Cheddar, garlic salt, seasoning, and cayenne pepper.

Separately, pour the melted butter into a dish. Coat chicken breast halves with melted mutter and roll in cornflake crumb mixture. Put coated chicken breast in the baking dish.

Bake chicken for 40 minutes until the juices run clear and chicken is golden brown.
