These macaroons have a delicate balance of coconut and cheese, to create a delicious sweet treat.
3 cups, Dessicated coconut
1/2 cup, Sugar
1/2 cup, Grated Eden Cheese
3 tbsp, All-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt, Salt
1 tsp, Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 deg F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or foil. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Stir until well combined.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoons, 1 inch apart, on prepared cookie sheets.
Bake until set and lightly golden, about 25 minutes. Cool for 1 minute. May be served warm or at room temperature.
