Cheesy Alimasag

Ang recipe ni Mommy Mercedes ay sobrang packed with flavor hatid ng ginisang pork at alimasag.

Ingredients

500G ALIMASAG, CHOPPED,  

350G GROUND PORK,  

1 ONION, CHOPPED,  

1 SMALL CAN LIVER SPREAD,  

2 SMALL RED CHILI,  

2 PIECES CALAMANSI,  

2 TBSP SOY SAUCE,  

2 TSP BUTTER,  

SALT,  

1/2 CUP, EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED,

Method:

Remove the crab meat and set aside the shells. In a pot, boil the crab meat and pork until tender. Once the pork is cooked, fry in a pan until golden brown then set aside.

In a separate pan, saute the onion, garlic, and red chili for around 3 minutes. Add in the pork, crab meat, and liver spread. Add the calamansi, soy sauce, and butter. Saute for around 5 minutes.

Once the mixture is cooked, use as stuffing for crab shells. Top with Eden cheese and serve.
