Cheesy Alimasag

Ang recipe ni Mommy Mercedes ay sobrang packed with flavor hatid ng ginisang pork at alimasag.


500g, Alimasag, chopped

350g, Ground pork

1, Onion, chopped

1 small can, Liver spread

2 small, Red chili

2 pieces, Calamansi

2 tbsp, Soy sauce

2 tsp, Butter

a pinch, Salt

1/2 cup, Eden Original, shredded

Product Used:


Remove crab meat and set aside shells. In a pot, boil the crab meat and pork until tender.

Once pork is cooked, fry in a pan until golden brown. Set aside.

In a separate pan, saute the onion, garlic, red chili for around 3 minutes. Add in the pork, crab meat and liver spread. Add the calamansi, soy sauce and butter. Saute for around 5 minutes.

Once mixture is cooked, use as stuffing for crab shells. Top with Eden cheese and serve.
