Cheesy Baked Arroz Ala Cubana

This Arroz ala Cubana is a sweet-savory treat topped with cheese and baked to melty perfection.

Ingredients

100G EDEN MELTSARAP, GRATED  

250G GROUND BEEF  

30G POTATO, DICED  

30G CARROTS, DICED  

20G GREEN PEAS  

30G RAISINS  

1 TSP LIQUID SEASONING  

1/2 CUP TOMATO SAUCE  

2 TBSP BUTTER  

1 TBSP SOY SAUCE

Method:

In a pan sauté beef in butter with onion and garlic. Add the soy sauce, tomato sauce, and liquid seasoning.

Let is simmer and add the potato, carrots, green peas, and raisins.

Put Arroz ala Cubana in a baking pan. Top with Eden Meltsarap and bake until the cheese is golden in color.
