Cheesy Baked Arroz Ala Cubana


This Arroz ala Cubana is a sweet savory treat topped with cheese and baked to melty perfection.
100 grams, Eden Meltsarap, grated
250 grams, Ground beef
30 grams, Potato, diced
30 grams, Carrots, diced
20 grams, Green peas
30 grams, Raisins
1 tsp, Liquid seasoning
0.5 cup, Tomato sauce
2 tbsp, Butter
1 tbsp, Soy sauce
In a pan sauté beef in butter with onion and garlic.
Add the soy sauce, tomato sauce, and liquid seasoning.
Let is simmer and add the potato, carrots, green peas, and raisins.
Put arroz ala cubana in a baking pan, top with Eden Meltsarap and bake until the cheese is golden in color
