Cheesy Baked Egg and Sardines

The savory combo of eggs, cheese, and sardines makes for a tasty all-day breakfast.


2 small cans, Sardines in tomato sauce

2, Eggs

2 tsp, Butter, at room temperature

1 large, Onion, thinly sliced

2 pinches, Dried oregano

2 pinches, Dried basil

1 tsp, Garlic, grated

to taste, Salt

to taste, Pepper

1/4 cup, Eden Original, shredded

Product Used:


Butter ramekin and crack egg into it. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour sardines with sauce on top of the egg. Sprinkle garlic, onion, oregano, basil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread cheese evenly on top.

Microwave on for 3 minutes on high heat. Serve warm and enjoy!
