A cheesy twist on a classic Filipino dessert!
2 CUPS CASSAVA, GRATED
1 3/4 CUPS CONDENSED MILK
1 3/4 CUPS COCONUT MILK
1 CUP CONDENSED MILK
1 CUP EVAPORATED MILK
1 CUP EDEN CHEESE, GRATED
1 PIECE EGG YOLK
Preheat the oven to 375F. Prepare a baking pan and grease with butter. Set aside. Combine the cassava, condensed milk, and coconut milk in a deep bowl. Make sure every ingredient is well combined.
Transfer the cassava mixture to the baking tray and bake for 40-45 minutes.
Combine the condensed milk, evaporated milk, Eden Cheese, and egg yolk in a bowl. Pour the mixture over the top of the baked cassava.
Bake for another 15-25 minutes. Remove from the oven. Serve warm.
