Cheesy Chicken Adobo Rice Bowl30+ mins 3 - 5 people
This creamy adobo rice bowl will surely give you the comfort you need.
3 TBSP BUTTER
4 CLOVES OF GARLIC, CRUSHED
1/4 CUP SOY SAUCE
2 TBSP VINEGAR
1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE CREAM
3/4 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL
Place butter in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic until golden in color. Set aside.
Place chicken and cook for 10 minutes. Pour in soy sauce and vinegar and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add cream and Eden cheese, and cook until the cheese has melted. Season with salt & pepper.
Place the rice in a bowl and top with adobo. Garnish with cheese cubes as desired.
