Cheesy Chicken Gisantes

The no-fail combo of chicken and peas is made creamier and richer with Eden cheese.

Ingredients

2 LBS CHICKEN THIGHS, CUT INTO PIECES,  

1 1/2 CUP GREEN PEAS,  

1 TOMATO, DICED,  

1 1/2 CUP CHICKEN BROTH,  

1 MEDIUM RED BELL PEPPER, SLICED,  

1 MEDIUM YELLOW ONION, DICED,  

4 GARLIC CLOVES, CRUSHED,  

3 TBSP COOKING OIL,  

SALT,  

PEPPER,  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, CUBED,

Method:

In a pot, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Once translucent, add the chicken slices and cook until lightly browned.

Add tomatoes and chicken broth. Stir and bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

Add green peas and bell peppers and cook for 4 minutes. Top with Eden cheese cubes and season with salt and pepper.

Serve and enjoy!
