Cheesy Chicken Misua Soup5 - 10 mins 5 - 10 people
Magpainit ng tiyan with a hot bowl of Misua soup made creamier with Eden cheese.
1 small bundle, misua, cut in half
1 cup, chicken meat, cubed
3 pieces, eggs, beaten
1 piece, onion, minced
3 cloves, garlic, minced
4 cups, water
2 tablespoons, vegetable oil
pinch of, salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup, grated Eden cheese
1 medium-sized, patola, sliced thinly
for garnishing, spring onion and grated Eden cheese
In a pan, heat oil and sautegarlic and onion. Add chicken and stir-fry until it changes color. Add water, season with salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
Add misua and patola and simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour beaten eggs and stir well. Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with more Eden cheese and spring onions. Serve.
