Cheesy Chicken Misua Soup

Magpainit ng tiyan with a hot bowl of Misua soup made creamier with Eden cheese.

Ingredients

1 SMALL BUNDLE MISUA, CUT IN HALF  

1 CUP CHICKEN MEAT, CUBED  

3 EGGS, BEATEN  

1 ONION, MINCED  

3 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED  

4 CUPS WATER  

2 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL  

SALT  

PEPPER  

1/2 CUP GRATED EDEN CHEESE  

1 MEDIUM-SIZED PATOLA, SLICED THINLY  

SPRING ONION, CHOPPED  

EDEN CHEESE, GRATED

Method:

In a pan, heat the oil and saute the garlic and onion. Add chicken and stir-fry until it changes color. Add water, then season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.

Add misua and patola, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour beaten eggs and stir well. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with Eden Cheese and spring onions. Serve.
