Cheesy Chicken Sopas

Try our creamy take on the classic chicken sopas, with a tasty kick of rich cheese.

Ingredients

30G EDEN MELTSARAP, DICED  

1/4K CHICKEN BREAST, BOILED AND SHREDDED  

150G CARROTS, DICED  

150G POTATO, DICED  

50G CABBAGE, SHREDDED  

20G ONION, CHOPPED  

10G GARLIC, CHOPPED  

250G MACARONI PASTA, COOKED/ AL DENTE  

3 TBSP BUTTER  

1/2 CUPS EVAPORATED MILK  

1 TBSP SALT  

1 TSP PEPPER

Method:

Boil the chicken breast and set aside the stock.

In a pot, sauté garlic and onions, then pour in the chicken stock. Add carrots, potato, and shredded chicken in the chicken stock, then boil.

Add the macaroni pasta, butter, cabbage, and Eden Meltsarap. Season with salt & pepper.

Add evaporated milk until the desired taste.
