Cheesy Dynamite Sisig

Mommy Ruth reinvents the way we enjoy sisig--stuffed in jalapenos and deep fried for a flavor explosion.


5, Jalapeno peppers

1/2 kg, Pork, finely chopped

a pinch, Pepper

a pinch, Salt

1, Onion, chopped

1, Calamansi juice

2 tbsp, Oil

1/2 cup, Eden Original, shredded

Product Used:


In a pot, boil pork with pepper and salt until it softens.

In a pan, saute onion in oil. Add pork and saute until golden brown. Add calamansi juice.

After sauteeing pork, transfer to a bowl and add Eden Cheese. Mix cheese until it melts.

Slice jalapenos in half. Fill with pork and cheese mix and top with more shredded cheese. Deep fry and serve.
