Mommy Grecia's version of embutido is deliciously made with tuna and creamy cheese.
1 CAN TUNA, GROUND
1 ONION, CHOPPED
1 GARLIC, CHOPPED
1 CARROT, CHOPPED
1/2 EDEN ORIGINAL, CUBED
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Wrap in foil and form into a roll.
Open the foil and cut into 1-inch thick slices. Fry and serve.
