Cheesy Fish Fillet

Keep things healthy with freshly steamed fillets with a creamy kick of Eden cheese.

Ingredients

1⁄2 KG DORY FILLETS  

1/2 TSP SALT  

1 TBSP FRESHLY GRATED GINGER  

1/8 TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER  

1 TSP SESAME OIL  

1 TSP CORN STARCH  

1/2 CUP EDEN CHEESE, GRATED  

2 PCS GREEN ONIONS  

3 TBSP VEGETABLE OIL  

2 GARLIC CLOVES, MINCED  

3 TBSP SOY SAUCE

Method:

Wash and pat dry the dory fillets. Place in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, combine ginger, salt, black pepper, and sesame oil. Pour marinade into dory fillets and let it stay for at least 30 minutes.

Coat the fillet with corn starch then add Eden cheese.

Place the fish in a heatproof plate then put it in a steamer. Cover and steam for 8-10 minutes. Top with fried minced garlic and drizzle with soy sauce.
