Cheesy Fish Fingers

These fried fish fingers are hugged in cheesy breading for a burst of flavor!


1⁄2 kg, Cream dory, sliced into finger sizes

1 tbsp, Calamansi juice

1/2 tsp, Rock salt

14 tsp, Black pepper

1/2 cup, Fresh milk

1/2 cup, All-purpose flour

1 pc, Medium egg, beaten

1/4 cup, Eden Cheese, grated

Enough for deep frying, Cooking oil

Product Used:


Marinate dory slices in calamansi juice, salt, pepper and milk marinade for 15 minutes.

Discard marinade then lightly coat each dory finger with flour. Dip in egg then roll in the grated Eden cheese and flour mixture.

Deep fry in hot oil. Serve.
