These fried fish fingers are hugged in cheesy breading for a burst of flavor!
1⁄2 KG CREAM DORY, SLICED INTO FINGER SIZES
1 TBSP CALAMANSI JUICE
1/2 TSP ROCK SALT
14 TSP BLACK PEPPER
1/2 CUP FRESH MILK
1/2 CUP ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 MEDIUM EGG, BEATEN
1/4 CUP EDEN CHEESE, GRATED
Marinate the dory slices in calamansi juice, salt, pepper, and milk for 15 minutes.
Discard the marinade then lightly coat each dory finger with flour. Dip in the egg, and roll in Eden Cheese and flour mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil. Serve.
