Cheesy Fried Rice

A perfect side to your favorite dishes, this easy-to-make fried rice is made creamier with cheese.

Ingredients

1/2 ONIONS, CHOPPED  

1 CUP CARROTS  

1 TSP SPRING ONIONS  

3 CUPS COOLED COOKED RICE (PREFERABLY COOKED A DAY BEFORE)  

SOY SAUCE  

1 CUP EDEN CHEESE ORIGINAL, CUBED

Method:

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add onions, carrots, and spring onions. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

Add rice and stir fry for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce to taste.

Top with Eden Cheese Original. Serve warm.
