Enjoy this sweet and savory pork dish with a creamy crown of Eden cheese.
1/2 kg, Pork giniling
1 can (227 grams), Pineapple tidbits, reserve syrup
3 tsps, Soy sauce
3 cloves, Garlic, minced
1 pc, Onion, sliced
1 pc, Potato, diced
1 pc, Carrot, diced
1/4 cup, Water
1/4 cup, Eden Original, cubed
To taste, Sugar, salt, and pepper
In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add ground pork and soy sauce then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, carrots, water and pineapple syrup. Season with sugar, salt and pepper then simmer until tender.
Add pineapple tidbits and Eden cheese cubes then cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot.
