Cheesy Inihaw na Bangus

Take your classic inihaw na bangus and make it cheesy-creamier with Eden.

Ingredients

1 LARGE BANGUS, DICED,  

1 LARGE TOMATO, DICED,  

1 LARGE RED ONION, DICED,  

3 PIECE CALAMANSI,  

1/2 TSP GROUND BLACK PEPPER,  

1 TBSP GINGER,  

2 TSP SALT,  

1/4 BLOCK EDEN CHEESE, GRATED,

Method:

Wash and clean the bangus.

Create an incision in the belly area. Open the incision and rub the salt on the inside of the fish.

Combine the tomato, onion, ginger, black pepper, and Eden Cheese.

Stuff the mixture inside the bangus.

Grill the bangus for about 10 to 15 minutes per side.
