1 GREEN BELL PEPPER, DICED
1 ONION, SLICED INTO RINGS
3 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
1 READY MADE PIZZA DOUGH
2 CUPS EDEN MELT SARAP, GRATED
350G LECHON, CHOPPED INTO STRIPS
In a bowl, combine Lechon with bell pepper and onion.
Prepare pizza by spreading tomato sauce evenly. Top with Lechon mix and grated cheese.
Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
