Cheesy Lechon Pizza

Mommy Nancy introduces us to a local-style Pizza with cheesy lechon topping.


1, Green bell pepper, diced

1, Onion, sliced into rings

3 tbsp, Tomato sauce

1, Ready made pizza dough

to taste, Salt

to taste, Pepper

2 cups, Eden Melt Sarap, grated

350g, Lechon, chopped into strips

Product Used:


In a bowl, combine lechon with bell peppers and onion.

Prepare pizza by spreading tomato sauce evenly. Top with lechon mix and grated cheese.

Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
