Cheesy Lechon Sisig

Mommy Anabel keeps things simple with her crunchy and cheesy sisig served on top of egg! Kanin nalang kulang!

Ingredients

500G LECHON, CHOPPED  

1 GARLIC CLOVE, MINCED  

1 ONION, DICED  

1 RED CHILI PEPPER, CHOPPED  

1 EGG  

BLACK PEPPER  

1/2 CUP EDEN ORIGINAL, SHREDDED

Method:

In a pan, saute Lechon with garlic, onion, and red chili. Add pepper to taste.

When crunchy, transfer Lechon to a serving dish and top with a sunny side up egg and Eden cheese.
