Everyone will love this pasta embraced in savory longganisa and cheese!
50 grams, Eden Meltsarap, grated
as desired, Longganisa, chopped
250 grams, Spaghetti, cooked
100 grams, Garlic, chopped
50 grams, Cherry Tomato, cut in half
20 grams, Parsley, chopped
as desired, Salt to taste
as desired, Pepper to taste
2.5 tbsp, Olive Oil
on low medium heat, add in cherry tomatoes, sauté for a minute and add longganisa, continue cooking
add in cooked pasta and toss in Eden Meltsarap, mix well. Then season pasta with salt & pepper.
Transfer to plate and garnish with grated Eden Original and parsley.
